If you are having trouble logging into your account, try the different troubleshooting options below. Close and re-open your browser: If you can access the profile page, make sure you log out. Then close your browser and re-open the website and try logging in again Change your password: On the login screen, click "Forgot Password?" and complete the process of resetting your password. Once completed, try to login again. Clear cache & cookies: On your web browser, clear your cache & cookies and try to log in again. If none of these solutions work, reach out here for direct support.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes +
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Our player kit items are sold without player names or sponsors on them. Certain items are marked “customized” that allow you to put your name or gamer tag on them

I entered my social platform username incorrectly. How can I fix it? +
For any currently available or future quest for that platform, Ultra will automatically fill in the username you last used for said platform. If you need to change it, just enter the new username and submit the quest. That username will be saved to your profile and will be autofilled going forward.
What is Ultra Elite? +
Ultra Elite is for the hardcore fans, the ones that can’t get enough Toronto Ultra. Ultra Elite offers exclusive rewards and challenges to unlock so you can have some fun along the way and redeem some insane prizing. As you complete your challenges you’ll unlock UltraXP to redeem those prizes. Make your way through the ranks to have a chance at bigger and better prizes! The season will last throughout the year of the CDL, and once the season ends the rewards will reset, so make sure to use your UltraXP before it’s too late
What do I do with my UltraXP +
UltraXP can be redeemed for rewards through Ultra Elite. The more UltraXP you earn, the higher your rank becomes, which allows you to redeem more exclusive rewards. Certain rewards have limited availability and can not be claimed if already redeemed by other users. Check the "Redeem XP" tab at the top of the page to see the available quantities for each reward. Total XP needed for each rank: 0 XP - Noob 4,000 XP - Challenger 10,000 XP – All Star 18,000 – Legend Once you earn enough XP and reach a new rank of Ultra Elite, you CAN NOT be demoted to a lower rank, even if you claim a reward that puts your total XP below the required amount XP to be in the higher rank.
Can I ship my Ultra Elite Rewards anywhere? +
All items are available in Canada and the US. Limited rewards will be available for international shipping. Read item prompts to know what is available in your region.
How often are new quests added? +
New quests are added throughout the week so check back regularly to make sure you’re up to date
What is your Stash? +
Think of your stash like a wallet to save up your UltraXP. It will also display current challenges and completed challenges.
What do I do if a video challenge doesn’t load? +
If a video challenge doesn’t load, try deleting your browser cookies and reloading the page. If it still isn’t fixed contact us in the chatbot.
How are my challenge completions verified in Ultra Elite? +
We trust our members to complete the challenges accurately, but to maintain a fair and rewarding experience for everyone, we regularly audit challenge completion. Certain activities like “Likes” and “Retweets” are auto confirmed to help you earn UltraXP quickly but we do periodically review accounts to ensure that the actions have been properly completed. If you receive XP for a quest without completing the necessary steps, this is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in a strike against your accounts, the cancellation of your order, and the deduction of 1,000XP per strike. Please note we have a strict 3-strike policy after which your account may be suspended.
