WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO TRAVEL TO CANADA?
All international travellers must carry a valid passport when entering Canada. A passport is the only reliable and universally accepted travel and identification document.

HOW TO GET TO KITCHENER MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM (THE AUD)

Train/GO Train:
- UP Express Train (Airport to Downtown Toronto): The UP Express Train will connect you from Toronto Pearson Airport to Union Station in downtown Toronto. From here you can take the GO Train from Union Station to Kitchener GO Train Station.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Must be 17+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 16-year-olds can attend without a parent, but they must have a signed minor in attendance form. Any minor 13-15 years old can attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have completed a minor in attendance form. No one under the age of 13 will be permitted in the event.
WILL THERE BE A CHALLENGERS COMPETITION AT THE 2025 CALL OF DUTY LEAGUE® CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND POWERED BY BELL?
Yes, the last stop on the Call of Duty® Challengers season will take place starting June 27. The top 16 teams will compete, and the best two teams will meet in the finals on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
Challengers will take place at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium (same venue as Champs) and will be accessible to both ticket holders and the public.
CAN I BRING A BACKPACK TO THE VENUE?

To ensure the safety of our fans, employees, and team members, only bags 8” x 10” or smaller will be allowed into the facility during standard events.
- Large bags are not permitted.
- Exceptions: Medical bags are allowed.
Important: All bags are subject to screening
Upon entering, please be prepared for the following:
- Your bag or person may be inspected by Aud staff at the security checkpoint.
- You may be asked to empty or show the contents of your bag, coat, or pockets.
- You may be asked to show that drink containers are empty, there are water fountains in the venue where your drink container can be refilled.
If you prefer that security does not handle your items, inform staff at the entrance, and we can accommodate with your assistance.
All attendees will have to undergo a metal detector and bag check security screening.
CAN I BRING IN FOOD AND DRINK TO THE VENUE?
No outside food/drink will be allowed inside the venue. There will be areas to purchase items once you are inside.
CAN I PARK AT THE VENUE?
Yes, parking is available on-site at the venue on a first come, first-served basis.
There are a mix of parking lots and most general parking lots are free parking.
Parking is available for the event only; no overnight parking is allowed.

Yes! Both Lyft and Uber operate at The Aud. For pickups and drop-offs, please use the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex at 400 East Ave, Kitchener, ON N2H 1Z6 as your designated location.

I HAVE MY TICKET, WHERE DO I ENTER THE VENUE?
Bell Fan Zone and Floor Seat Entrance will be located on the East side of the venue, East Avenue gate, main entrance #1.
If your ticket includes a Fan Zone pass or Floor seat, you can pick up your credential and/or giveaway after you scan your ticket at Entrance #1.
All other GA tickets may enter from the North side of the venue, Ottawa Street gate, main entrance #13.

HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS
Mobile delivery:
Your tickets will be sent to you via a link (choose email or text at checkout) which you can download and add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay and present for scanning at event entry. Please download your ticket(s) prior to arriving at the event. Please note that you will receive 2 emails: 1 confirming your order & 1 with a link to download your ticket that will be scanned on your mobile device. Supported browsers are Safari, Firefox or Chrome.

CAN I LEAVE THE VENUE AND COME BACK?
Yes, re-entry will be permitted. You will be subject to a bag check and Security screening at each entry point.

TICKET POLICY
This ticket is a revocable license that grants entry into and a spectator location for the specified event. This ticket will not be refunded or exchanged. Event date and time are subject to change. No refund will be provided if the ticket holder cannot attend any rescheduled game or event. Ticket holders are required to refrain from engaging in unruly, disruptive, offensive, illegal, or otherwise unpermitted behavior as determined by venue management. Ticket holders who violate these requirements may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.

Ticket holder (and/or ticket holder’s parent or legal guardian) grants Overactive Media and CDL and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, advertisers, media partners, licensees and other designees the irrevocable permission to use holder’s name, image, voice, and/or likeness in any media (now or hereafter existing), video display, or other transmission, reproduction or depiction in connection with all or part of the event to which this ticket admits holder, for any purpose whatsoever, including commercial purposes.
Ticket holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any photograph, image, video, livestream or other account or description (whether text, data, auditory or visual) of all or part of the event to which this ticket admits holder (the “Works”). Transmission or other distribution by, to, or for any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, direct or indirect, of the Works are also strictly prohibited. Ticket holder (and/or ticket holder’s parent or legal guardian) agrees that by causing this ticket to be scanned upon entry to the venue, ticket holder shall be understood to have signed this document and granted OverActive Media, the Call of Duty League® and any participating team an exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to all copyrights associated with the Works.
Ticket holder (and/or ticket holder’s parent or legal guardian) recognizes the inherent risks of attending esports and/or entertainment events and assumes all risks incident to the event which this ticket admits holder, including but not limited to the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury. The sole and exclusive remedy for ticket holder if admission is refused or withdrawn, or if the match is canceled and not replayed, is a refund of the face value of ticket, and ticket holder will not be entitled to consequential, incidental, indirect or exemplary damages of any kind, including without limitation any amount paid in excess of face value to any third party.
OverActive Media’s liability for any breach of any term of this ticket shall not exceed the face value. No refund or other remedy will be provided if the ticket holder is ejected or refused entry as a result of failure to comply with these ticket terms or any Arena security policies. Ticket holder, OverActive Media, the Call of Duty League® mutually agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with ticket holder’s use of this ticket must be resolved by neutral, binding arbitration pursuant to the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, without resort to any form of class action. Ticket holder and OverActive Media expressly waive any right to a trial by jury.
CAMERA & RECORDING POLICY
Cameras must be self-contained, may not draw on Kitchener Memorial Auditorium’s power sources, and must be operated by a single individual without use of ancillary equipment, such as a tripod or external lights. Pedestrian traffic may not be blocked at any point.
Camera flashes may not be used at any time during games. Cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited. Video cameras and Selfie Sticks are not permitted.

GENERAL RULES AND REGUALTIONS
SECURITY SCREENING UPON ENTRY
All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the Event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the Event, all event attendees and staff shall be subject to a Security search, including without limitation to emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.
ACCEPTED ITEMS
- Back packs within the acceptable Bag Policy, small bags, fanny packs, bags made of clear plastic clear vinyl, or clear PVC
- Cell phones
- Non-professional cameras
- Earplugs
- Supporter Flags (no Nation flags, only general support or team branding; no hard poles)
- Powdered make-up or face paint
- Prescription medication (you must have the prescription/label in your name with you)
PROHIBITED ITEMS
In accordance with the Bag Policy, please find below additional Prohibited items that will not be allowed into the venue.
- No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
- No masks or face coverings with the exception of a mask for medical reasons
- No Nation flags will be permitted, please see list of acceptable items for team supporters
- No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket-knives and self-defence sprays
- No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks
- No spray paint
- No outside food or beverage including alcohol
- No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
- No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.
- No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
- No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns, unless previously approved by Event Organizers
- No cameras with detachable lenses, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, or camera poles. For Professional photography or Media Accreditation, please contact Event Organizers
- No personal confetti, streamers or loose glitter
- Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
HEALTH POLICY
Event attendance shall be subject to any local public health, venue or other event restrictions and guidelines.
Upon entering the venue, you are self-attesting that you are NOT experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- New loss of taste or smell
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed here, DO NOT come to the venue.
